Meet me at CFSN for your initial assessment, personalized training, and a plan for moving forward. I recommend you complete 3-4 sessions to get the most from our time together.
When you come to CFSN, please bring clean socks or clean gym shoes. If you are bringing a child with you, you have the option of letting them play in the kid room, or having them near you. No children are allowed on gym equipment, and when we're using weights, babies must be contained in some way (e.g. pack and play, being held)
